Shipping policy

J-Foundry works with fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to customers. Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times depend on the items ordered and the delivery address. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders need time to be processed before they ship. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll share the details when they’re provided to us. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact J-Foundry as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee an address change after processing begins.

If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, contact J-Foundry with your order number.

Before saving, make sure the checkout really does show the shipping options and charges described here. I’ve left out import-charge promises until you decide how to handle them.
